Below are terms that are only valid for repairs done by R&R Collision Center. If repairs are modified in any way by a third-party source, all terms of the Limited Warranty are considered void. R&R Collision Center reserves the right to conduct our own inspections and complete all claims for warranty assistance, in addition to all warranty repairs unless otherwise approved.

Terms of Limited Warranty Service:

  • Warranty on paint limited to 24 months (2 Years).
  • Limited Warranty is granted for defects in workmanship and materials.
  • There must be a $0.00 balance on your account for the warranty to be valid.
  • This warranty is non-transferable with ownership and will expire upon ownership exchange.
  • Warranty will be denied in cases of rock chips, accidental scratches, dents caused by normal impact, neglect, sun damage to the paint, and other damaging actions.
  • Warranty for parts is strictly designated to the period specified by the manufacturer of the parts, the repairs provided for them, or the insurance company covering the part

ADAS CALIBRATION

WHAT IS ADAS CALIBRATION?

Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) are electronic systems in a vehicle that use advanced technologies to assist the driver. They can include many active safety features, and often the terms “ADAS” and “active safety” are used interchangeably. ADAS uses sensors in the vehicle such as radar and cameras to perceive the world around it, and then either provides information to the driver or takes automatic action based on what it perceives. ADAS Calibration involves aligning these sensing devices in your car so that they function properly. ADAS Calibration requires specialized equipment and tools with highly trained technicians capable of adjusting, resetting, or replacing these systems.

WHEN IS ADAS CALIBRATION NEEDED?

ADAS relies on a variety of sensors in your vehicle that allow the system to determine if there are any potential hazards around your automobile. The most common components of an ADAS system are camera, radar, and ultrasonic sensors. These delicate sensors are precisely calibrated and require professional recalibration if their positions become unaligned. Sensor misalignment can occur in a number of different ways including:
